Water
All businesses that are located at the Pemiscot County Port are served by the Consolidated Public Water Supply District, which serves rural areas in Pemiscot County. The port has 100,000-gallon tank capacity, and fire plugs are located throughout the port facility. Rates are as follows:
Up to 1,000 gallons $10.00 minimum
1,000-2,000 gallons $15.00 minimum
Over 2,000 gallons $4.00 per 1,000 gallons

Telephone
Southwestern Bell Telephone Company provides state-of-the-art telecommunications services for the Pemiscot County Port area. Fiber optics are currently in place, allowing for high-speed data transmissions. All SWBT local switching offices are digital. Digital switching will aid business customers by providing PLEXAR services (central office based PBX) and Customer Calling Services. Natural Gas
A dependable supply of natural gas is assured by three pipeline companies, which supply ATMOS. The Caruthersville Area is served by a 6" transmission main at pressures from 250-400 psi; distribution pressure is 15-25 psi. BTU content is 1000 per cubic foot.
