Site "A" on the map illustrates 13 acres of available land on the Pemiscot County Port Riverfront. This land is owned by the Pemiscot County Port Authority and has been elevated to above the 100 year flood plain. The site is available to prospective businesses requiring access to barge transportation at an attractive lease rate; additionally, this site is within easy access of the newly constructed Pemiscot Port Railroad, and adjacent to planned future construction of said rail line.
